What account management features are available in the Styku Business Portal?

The Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal is the central hub for Styku owners. It provides tools for getting started, managing your account, accessing training and resources, and contacting support.

Onboarding Guide

New Styku owners have access to a step-by-step Onboarding Guide — a checklist that walks through setting up, activating, and getting trained on your Styku system. This is the recommended starting point for new customers.

Training & Education

The portal links to Styku Academy, where full training courses are available for:

  • Operating Styku Studio
  • Understanding the body metrics and measurements Styku provides
  • Getting the most out of scan results for your clients

Sales and Marketing Resources

The portal includes a library of Sales and Marketing Resources to help you promote your Styku services, including:

  • Case studies
  • Digital and print marketing assets
  • Marketing examples and templates

Support

The Support Request Form in the portal is the primary way to contact Styku Support. Styku does not have a phone support line — all support requests should be submitted here. Target response time is one business day.

Account Management

The Account Management section provides the following tools:

Team Member Access

Invite staff or managers to the portal by submitting their information through the invite form. This gives additional users access to training, resources, and support tools.

Order and Subscription Details

View invoice receipts and order details including:

  • Scanner model type
  • Subscription plan
  • Payment frequency
  • Subscription amount
  • Next payment due date

Shipment Tracking

Track real-time delivery status for your scanner, including tracking links and other status details.

License Keys

View all software licenses associated with your account.

Billing Information

Update payment methods, review billing details, and access a full history of subscription invoices.

Developer / API Access

Request an API key and access API documentation for custom integrations.

Leaderboard (Add-on)

Styku Leaderboard is a separate web portal at leaderboard.styku.com that lets you track client progress over time, run body composition challenges, and generate date-range reports for your location(s). It is not included in any subscription plan by default and must be added to your account.

To add Leaderboard to your account, submit a support ticket through the Business Portal.
