What is Styku Leaderboard and what can it do?

Styku Leaderboard is a separate web portal at leaderboard.styku.com. It is not part of Styku Studio or the Styku mobile app — it is accessed through a web browser independently of the scanning software. It is a separate add-on and is not included in any subscription plan by default. Contact Styku Support through the Business Portal at styku.com/portal to add it to your account.

Leaderboard is designed for fitness and wellness practitioners to track client progress and evaluate the effectiveness of their programs — without spreadsheets or manual data entry.

Homepage Dashboard

Select a time period to view aggregated data across your account:

• Total number of scans performed
• Total new client profiles created
• Cumulative client progress (total inches lost and pounds lost)
• Average inch loss and weight loss across clients

Multi-Location Tracking

If you operate multiple locations, Leaderboard lets you compare performance by location. Useful for owners and managers to monitor staff accountability and location-level results.

Challenges

Launch inch loss or weight loss challenges to increase client engagement. The Leaderboard automatically scores and ranks all participating clients based on measurable body composition progress — no manual tracking required.

How clients are scored

Each client's score is the sum of three components:

Clients are ranked from most progress to least based on this combined score. Rankings update automatically as new scan data is recorded during the challenge period.

How to launch a challenge

1. Log in to leaderboard.styku.com
2. Navigate to the Challenges section
3. Select either an inch loss or weight loss challenge type
4. Set the time period and any other parameters
5. The system automatically ranks clients as new scans are recorded

Clients must have at least a baseline scan and one follow-up scan within the challenge window to appear in the rankings.

Reporting and Data Export

Generate reports directly from the Leaderboard portal to review and share scan data for your business.

Date-range reports

To generate a report for a specific date range:

1. Log in to leaderboard.styku.com
2. Use the date range selector on the Dashboard or within the Reports section to define the start and end dates you want to analyze
3. The dashboard will update to show aggregated progress data (scans, new profiles, inch loss, weight loss) for that period
4. To export: use the Excel or CSV export option to download the filtered data

Exported reports can be imported into a CRM, shared with location managers, or used to evaluate program effectiveness over a custom period.

What's included in an exported report

Each row represents one client profile. Columns include:

Profile information

• Profile name, email, gender, age, height
• Client company / location name, location ID
• First scan date, last scan date, days elapsed, total scan count

Progress scoring

• Points, Styku Score, scan days

Body composition measurements (initial value, final value, change, and % change for each):

Who reports are for

• Business owners / multi-location operators: Compare location performance, track total client outcomes over a quarter or year
• Fitness directors: Review challenge results and program ROI
• Franchise operators: Export data for territory-level reporting

Leaderboard reporting is for practitioners and business owners — not individual clients. For client-facing scan history and progress tracking, direct clients to the Styku mobile app.
